Silje's appearances
the year 2008 - April 5.
It was an exciting concert, a milestone that will lead to the new album to be recorded in August. Silje was excited too, she had invited several people from Norway to listen in like her parents, her husband Heine and her lyricist Mike McGurk. Silje and this orchestra match very well together, a natural co-operation. She did songs from the last eight years and some new songs. Vince Mendoza, the conductor for this evening, had asked Silje to do a song from Joni Mitchel as well.
