Silje appaered in the
youth program called Kluzz on Norwegian TV (NRK 1) with her band Mellow
Yellow with the song Bad Luck. Because of the Christmas time, this
episode of the program was called Julekluzz.
At the start of the performance the name of the band was shown. The
name Mellow Yellow was taken by the English word for dried,
yellow-brown banana peels. "When you smell such peels, you are put in a
good and cool mood, much like the one we ourselves want to create,"
explained Silje [article Hamar Arbeiderblad, 1.11.1986].
