About this promotional album in a press-kit

This press-kit is a combination of a calender with a ring-binder (November 2003 - October 2004) and a promo-album in a cover sticked at the inside.  Below you can see the front (folded 20x20 cm), the inside were the album is sticked, the first month (November 2003) and the back.
